Can you help with our future advertising strategy?
Absolutely – so long as we have some of your historical data to work with. If you want someone to guess what will work, we probably aren’t the right people.
How do you operate?
- Advertising data is very contextual, so we will need to understand your business before we start any project. That means that we do need to spend a day with your team before embarking on a project, and we’ll want to stay in touch as we work.
- For longer term, strategic, projects we find it works best if clients can provide a hot desk so our analyst(s) can work amongst their team on a regular, often weekly, basis.
Do we need to format the data for you?
- No, typically we’ll take your advertising, ratings and cost data in whatever form you received it from your agency. We’re very flexible about the format of internal data such as sales and bookings.
- We usually get online data directly from Google Analytics, Facebook etc., and call data from your phone provider.
Do you provide a full agency service?
No. We act as independent advisors analysing what worked most effectively in the past, and thereby making recommendations about what you should do in the future. We can tell you if your new creative worked better than the old one – but we won’t dream up the next one for you.
